The best thing about this pie is that it was created by our BYOP (Build Your Own Pie) contest winner, Carrie H, who lives in Temperance, Michigan. Here’s what Carrie had to say about her legendary creation:

“My pie was inspired by a pizza I tried from a local food truck here in Michigan. It had pickles on it and immediately reminded me of the fried pickles you get at the fair, which of course always come dipped in ranch. So of course, it only made sense that the pie have ranch sauce.  And well, bacon, need I say more? Everything’s better with bacon! The tart pickles, savory bacon and creamy ranch are a trifecta of textures and flavor, especially when topped off with some red pepper flakes for just a bit of heat. Is it a sandwich or a pizza? Lol!”
